Built for ER:LC roleplay servers

Your staff team, running on one screen

Render tracks shifts and breaks, keeps punishment history in one searchable place, runs your tickets, verifies members through Roblox, and shows who is in your ER:LC server right now. No spreadsheets, no four separate bots.

Roblox accounts link through official OAuth. Nobody types a password anywhere but roblox.com.

Everything your moderation team opens in a day

Each piece writes to the same place, so a ban in Discord and a ban logged on the dashboard end up in one history.

Shifts and breaks

Staff clock in from the dashboard or with /clockin. Breaks are subtracted from the total, so the hours you read are hours worked.

Live ER:LC status

Player list, join code, and a feed of joins, kills and commands as they happen. Run a command without leaving the page.

Verification

Members click one button, authorize with Roblox, and get their role and nickname without a moderator touching anything.

Tickets

Support requests open as private channels. Staff claim them, answer, and close with a transcript saved to the dashboard.

Punishment logs

Warns, kicks and bans land in one searchable history with the reason, the moderator, and how many times that player has been here before.

Discord moderation

Ban, kick, softban and leave notes from Discord. Every action writes to the same history the dashboard reads.

In-game commands

Send :h, :pm or :ban to your ER:LC server from a Discord slash command or the Live page.

Stats channels

Voice channels that rename themselves with your member count and live join code, refreshed every few minutes.

Four steps, about five minutes

Managers set it up once. Everyone else logs in with Discord and gets what they need.

  1. Invite the bot

Add Render to your Discord server. You need Manage Server on it.

    Invite the bot
  2. Run /setup

One slash command links the server and prints your staff join code.

  3. Let staff in

Pick an auto-staff role in Settings, or hand out the join code. Staff link Roblox with official OAuth.

    Join with a code
  4. Turn on the rest

Verification, tickets, the ER:LC key and stats channels all live on the Settings page.

0Slash commands, from clock-ins to in-game bans
0Dashboard pages: overview, staff, shifts, punishments, tickets, live
0Minutes from inviting the bot to a working dashboard
0Spreadsheets to keep in sync

Before you invite it

Yes, and it takes one click. Render uses official Roblox OAuth, so nobody types a password anywhere but roblox.com, and you get a verified user ID instead of a username somebody typed in wrong.

Your own server key, pasted once in Settings. Render reads player lists, join and kill logs, and sends commands with it. Remove the key and every ER:LC feature switches off.

Anyone with staff access can read and write the punishment history. Only managers, meaning anyone with Manage Server, can delete a log or change settings.

Run /unlink and the server’s stored configuration is deleted. Kicking the bot leaves the dashboard unreachable but keeps the data until you unlink.

Set it up before your next shift

Invite the bot, run /setup, and your staff dashboard is live.
